I find that 'Empties' posts provide quite useful information since you can gather one's insightful opinions on products as they've accumulated a lot of experience with them. The verdict can either be negative or positive for each of the products, and that's what makes these posts so helpful. So, here are my recent empty beauty products as well as my decisions on whether I would repurchase them or not:
1. Maybelline Lash Sensational Mascara
I've lost count of how many times I've mentioned this mascara on the blog. I've also lost count how many times I've heard/read other bloggers rave about this mascara. I'm currently on my second tube with soon needing a third, so obviously, this product is worth repurchasing. In fact, I'm confident in saying that this is without-a-doubt, my holy grail mascara. Everything you would ever want: length, volume, and curl (although I still do need to use an eyelash curler as my eyelashes are very straight). A word of caution though: a little goes a long way, so I would not recommend dipping the wand back in the tube for additional coats, which is a good thing!
2. Maybelline Dream Liquid Mousse Foundation
This is probably my 5th bottle... but it is my last. I've never really experimented (or cared) about foundations, but lately as my makeup obsession is growing, I've been focusing more on my foundation. Don't get me wrong, this foundation ticks all boxes for coverage (medium to buildable) and consistency (demi-matte; not thick/cakey), but I've noticed that it is a bit too pink for my liking. I am personally yellow-toned, so I don't feel that this foundation is appropriate for me. If you are pink-toned, I believe this foundation would be a good choice for you, regardless of skin type. I have found a replacement quite recently which I did an entire review on and it even featured in my May Favourites!
3. The Body Shop Aloe Vera Soothing Day Cream*
This is basically a moisturizer cream which also currently holds a holy-grail status for me. I cannot and will not ever apply makeup without this on first. I'm not really a primer girl, so I use a moisturizer as a base instead. This cream makes a massive difference in the application, feel, and look of your foundation especially if your skin is on the drier side (like mine). I'm now on my 4/5th container!
4. NYC HD Waterproof Automatic Eyeliner
Yes, this is an eyeliner, but it may as well be a brow pencil because that is exactly what I use it for. It is waterproof, so it doesn't budge which is especially great in the hotter weather. Also, it is a twistable pencil and has a smudger at the tip which I use to distribute the pigment across my eyebrow hairs. It has a precise tip which you can sharpen with its own sharpener that you can pull out. I will be doing a brow routine soon, so stay tuned to see this in action! Meanwhile, you can also read more about this in my May Favourites. I've already bought a brand new one of these, which shows how much I'm dedicated to this!

5. Rimmel Lasting Finish Kate Moss (107)
I feel that lipsticks are one of those beauty products that take a lot of time to finish, especially if you have a decent collection of a variety of lipsticks. This one though, is one of those rarities. Its perfect matte deep red shade balances out wearability with an impact and boldness, making it perfect for swiping on an everyday basis while still making it look like you have a full face of makeup on. That's why I'm already I purchased a backup as this one has become a nub!
Hopefully this post has given you some insight as to what products are worth repurchasing or checking out, if you haven't already. Let me know what your recent empty products are!
