Your Brows' Best Friend.

I'm sure we can all agree that settling on the way you do your brows can only be accomplished through a lengthy (and embarrassing!) process of trial and error. Of course, using the right tools and products is key, and until recently, I never included brow gel in my brow routine and I even felt that it was quite unnecessary. It was upon noticing, however, that my brow hairs did move throughout the day, displaying the lines where I drew and filled them in. So, I went ahead and purchased this Rimmel Brow This Way Eyebrow Gel in "Clear".

     First off, I chose the clear shade since my brows are naturally dark, plus when I fill them in, the last thing I need is additional pigment; although, this does come in 3 other shades. On to the product, when I first tried it, I did not like it which I believe was due to: 1) not applying it correctly by not properly brushing through the brows and 2) probably because the gel was brand new so the gel came off quite thick. However, soon after, I found myself falling in love with this product and so of course, I then felt responsible to share this with you! So, after filling in my brows and cleaning them up with concealer around the edges, I then comb through my brows with the bristled brush in the direction of the shape I want my brows to be in. Results: my brow hairs get perfectly cleaned up and set in place, brows are sharpened in shape, AND is removed of excess pigment from the pencil I use to fill them in - all without leaving any goopy product as residue!

I now cannot do my brows without applying this brow gel, and as it's drugstore, I really cannot fault it. I will definitely repurchase!
